Terms of Service
Updated October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of Upboost, a service that reads public posts on Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram and X, finds the conversations where people ask for what your business sells, follows the competitors you name, and helps you draft replies. By using Upboost, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Your account and team
Use an account you control and provide accurate information. You must have authority to manage the businesses you add. Keep access keys and invitation links private, and grant teammates only the access they need. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, your team and connected assistants.
Use of the service
You may use Upboost to find relevant public conversations, keep an eye on competitors, organize leads and draft replies. Do not use it for spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service. Respect applicable laws, each platform's rules, the rules of the communities you post in, and the terms of any connected service.
Only submit information that you have permission to use. Public availability does not remove another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Review suggestions before acting
AI summaries, relevance scores, community suggestions, competitor notes and reply drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Read the original conversation and check any claim before you use a draft. Upboost never posts for you: it hands you a draft and a link, and you post from your own account on the platform itself.
Upboost does not promise particular leads, coverage, sales, or response rates. You remain responsible for the content you publish and the people you contact.
Availability and limits
Collection, AI processing, and alerts depend on third-party services. Features may be delayed, unavailable, or limited by provider access, a business's spending allowances, rate limits, maintenance, or abuse prevention. A watch does not guarantee continuous monitoring or complete coverage of any platform.
We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens other users or the service. You can stop using Upboost at any time: archive or delete a business from its settings, and contact support to request account deletion.
Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms. This page shows the current revision date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
